  • This table provides information on Records of Title that are live and part-cancelled. This table contains top level, general title data only, such as the title number, type (e.g. Freehold, Unit Title, Cross Lease etc) and status. A Record of Title is a record of a property's owners, legal description and the rights and responsibilities registered against the title. If you need more detailed title data such as the legal description, please refer to the [NZ Property Titles Estate List](http://data.linz.govt.nz/table/51566) table. This table does not contain ownership data. This is available in the [NZ Property Title Owners List](http://data.linz.govt.nz/table/51564) table. This is a restricted access dataset and requires you to agree to the [LINZ Licence for Personal Data](https://www.linz.govt.nz/data/licensing-and-using-data/linz-licence-for-personal-data). For title data that is directly linked to parcel shapes (property boundaries) refer to [NZ Property Titles](http://data.linz.govt.nz/layer/50804) or [NZ Property Titles Including Owners](http://data.linz.govt.nz/layer/50805). Please note that these datasets are much larger to download, contain duplicated parcel shapes (one for each title that relates to the parcel) and does not contain all of the columns that this table has. For more information about this table, other property datasets, and how to relate them to each other, refer to the [Property Boundary and Ownership Data Dictionary](https://data.linz.govt.nz/document/11012).

  • This layer contains the index tiles for LiDAR data from the Kaikoura area captured in 2012. The DEM is available as layer [Canterbury - Kaikoura Lidar 1m DEM (2012)](http://data.linz.govt.nz/layer/3542). The DSM is available as layer [Canterbury - Kaikoura Lidar 1m DSM (2012)](http://data.linz.govt.nz/layer/3545). The LAS point cloud and vendor project reports are available from [OpenTopography](http://opentopo.sdsc.edu/datasets). Lidar was captured for Environment Canterbury Regional Council by Aerial Surveys in 2012. Note that this capture was prior to the significant vertical and horizontal displacements from the 2016 Kaikoura earthquakes. The datasets were generated by Aerial Surveys and their subcontractors. The survey area includes the Kaikoura township area and adjacent coastal strips. Data management and distribution is by Land Information New Zealand. Data comprises: •DEM: tif or asc files in NZTM2000 projection, tiled into a 1:1,000 tile layout •DSM: tif or asc files in NZTM2000 projection, tiled into a 1:1,000 tile layout •Point cloud: las files in NZTM2000 projection, tiled into a 1:1,000 tile layout Data was collected at >1 pulse/square metre pulse density. Attributes include: -Elevation -Intensity values -Return number -Adjusted GPS time -Classification Vertical accuracy specification is +/-0.2m (@ 95% confidence) Vertical datum is NZVD2016
