NZ Ocean-Bottom Seismometer (OBS) and Sonobuoy

This dataset collects all ocean bottom seismometers and sonobuoys that were deployed during active source marine seismic surveys. The surveys were conducted by research organisations in New Zealand’s EEZ and Ross Dependency. This dataset includes navigation, deployment information, raw and processed seismic data (generally SEGY), and paper sections. The data often link to science reports, cruise reports, and published papers. Spatially, the dataset includes voyages in the New Zealand, Te Riu-a-Māui/Zealandia and Ross Sea region of Antarctica.
