3D geoscience models in Leapfrog Geothermal relevant to geothermal projects, built from public and/or proprietary data.

Models are multidisciplinary and often include: topographic data, GIS datasets, drilling data, geology, geophysics and geochemistry information.

Include 3D models built for Clients and Research programmes.

• Models are built from multidisciplinary data geology, geophysics and geochemistry using various data format. They can include any of these: topographic data, GIS datasets, drilling data, geophysics models, reservoir models, chemistry spreadsheet.

• Models are site specific or regional depending on intended use.

• Models can evolve in time if new data become available.

• Models outputs generated can be used in other projects (research or commercial).

• GNS holds NZ and International models.

• Data quality check done when creating the models.

• Use of model outputs in any research projects and interpretation is the responsibility of the scientists for the specific projects need.
